The Rangers' homecoming sadly saw the end of their 5-game winning streak last Friday as they took on Arlington Heights. Though the evening did not go the way they wanted, the boys still put everything they had into their performance and didn't give the Jackets an easy time. To the chorus of cheers from many adoring fans, the Rangers left it all out on the field. Joseph McGowen led the team with 88 passing yards and one rushing touchdown, followed closely by stellar performances from receiver Omari Johnson with 41 yards, Isaac Holmes with 9 solo tackles, and Roman Hernandez kicking 100% of attempted field goals. Because of the knowledge that they gave the game their all, the Rangers could walk proudly off that field with their heads held high.
Next Friday, Oct. 4th, Chisholm Trail looks to bounce back as they go head-to-head against PAschal at Farrington Field.
