The Lady Rangers exhibited an energy that led to their first district win on Friday versus Trinity. Freshman Shianne Whitworth, assisted by Jenna Yosten, scored a goal followed by a goal from junior Danika Womack, assisted by senior Tearoha Peeni. Peeni also scored an unassisted goal. Goalkeeper Makayla McGee secured a shutout victory complimented by a crucial goal line save from Whitworth. This match marked the team's best collective effort of the season.
Chisholm Trail travels to face Paschal on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m.
