The Rangers wrapped up the regular powerlifting season finishing in eighth place out of 10 teams at the district meet on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at Aledo High School. Justin Hurst and Darion Reed qualified for the regional powerlifting meet on Saturday, March 4 at Keller Central High School. Hurst placed second in the 114 weight class. All eight competitors earned personal records in the squat, bench, or deadlift.
