The Chisholm Trail Rangers headed west to Lubbock to compete at the Regional Championships at Mae Simmons Park on Monday, Oct. 24. The Ranger boys qualified thanks to a 2nd Place finish at the District 3-6A Meet. Teah Peeni qualified as an individual. Everyone ran hard, and the Rangers placed 18th out of 24 teams.

Times were:

Phillip Lasley (16:31; 36th overall which was his best regional finish)
Elliot Gonzalez (17:09; 86th overall)
Gabriel Rosas (17:39; 117th overall)
Elijah Norwood (18:24; 150th overall)
Alejandro Mendoza (18:41; 161st overall)
Xavier Mendez (19:11; 178th overall)

For the Lady Rangers, Teah Peeni ran her best regional time in three years; 20:15, placing 67th overall.
