The Rangers traveled to Weatherford on Friday, Sept. 23 for their second district game of the season. Chisholm Trail got on the board early with a 19-yard scramble by sophomore QB Joey McGowen. The Rangers forced a couple of turnovers by Weatherford early in the game, but could not capitalize on their miscues. Junior safety Sebastian Reyes led the defense with 12 tackles. Chisholm Trail will return to action on Oct. 7 versus Crowley at Ranger Stadium. Kick-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
